For Diego, Owner and Pastry Chef, baking has always been about more than dessert. Growing up, he was fascinated by how simple ingredients could be transformed into something memorable. After a successful career in the corporate world, Diego decided to follow that passion professionally, graduating with highest honors from the Institute of Culinary Education’s Pastry & Baking Arts program and turning a lifelong dream into Diego’s Bakery.

Along the way, Jaime, Diego’s partner, became an essential part of that dream. Together, they bring complementary strengths to the bakery: Diego leads the kitchen and creates the cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts, while Jaime helps manage the business and day-to-day operations. What began as Diego’s passion has grown into something they are proud to build together.

Our menu is inspired by the rich flavors of Latin America, Europe, and the United States, bringing together cherished recipes, traditional techniques, and the comforting classics we grew up with. Some flavors may feel familiar, while others invite you to discover something new.

At Diego’s Bakery, we believe the ingredients matter. We use fresh, high-quality ingredients and make our products from scratch whenever possible. No shortcuts. Our desserts are intentionally balanced—full of flavor without being overly sweet—so that the ingredients themselves can shine.
